A voucher can be changed to a number of different statuses;
To change the status of a voucher, head over to the ‘orders’ tab and search for the order you would like to change.
Once you have the order/voucher, click the checkbox to select the one you would like to change the status for and then select ‘Change Status’ from the action drop down on the bottom left of the screen.
A new drop-down will now show on the right, you can select the status you would like to change to and then press update.
