<p>Once the voucher/order number appears in the list, you can then click on it to expand the order.</p>



<p>Once the order has been expanded, you can click the tick box to the left of the voucher number to select that voucher, then click the action tab at the bottom of the page and change it to ‘Change status’.https://www.useloom.com/embed/266e8409c2ff4cbbb5cc53ef0bb4ca07</p>



<p>A new drop-down menu will appear with a number of different statuses you can change, selecting the ‘cancel’ from the drop-down and clicking ‘update’ will cancel the voucher.</p>

<h4>Refunding on Enjovia</h4>



<p>Refunding a voucher on Enjovia will ensure that the voucher is set to ‘refunded’ and that it cannot be redeemed in the future.</p>



<p>However, this will not refund the money to the customer. This must be done on your Stripe account.</p>



<p>Firstly, to refund on Enjovia, go to the ‘Orders’ tab in the dashboard and then enter the voucher number you would like to refund into the search bar.</p>

<p>After which, select the checkbox of the voucher you wish to change and scroll to the bottom of the page. At the bottom of the page you should see the ‘Action’ dropdown, click this and change it to ‘Change status.</p>



<p>A new dropdown will appear to the right, here you will need to select ‘Refunded’ and then press ‘Update’. You voucher will now be set to ‘Refunded’ on Enjovia.</p>

<h1>Redeeming a Voucher – QR Code</h1>



<p>To Redeem a voucher via QR code, you will need to have the customers voucher to hand, or if they are using their phone, have them open the pdf of the voucher and zoom in on the QR code so that it appears large on their mobile device.</p>

<p>Here is an example of what a QR code would look like on mobile when zoomed in.</p>



<p>The QR code will need to be big enough so that a QR scanner, or a Phone Camera (with a QR app installed).</p>

<p>Above is a design of one of the physical vouchers sent out via post (depending on your template, yours may look slightly different).</p>



<p>Whether you are scanning the QR on your POS/PC or mobile phone, please make sure you are already logged in to your enjovia.com store, if not, you will be prompted to do so when you scan the QR code.</p>



<p>After scanning the QR code, the voucher will automatically redeem.</p>

<h4>What is ‘Collection’?</h4>



<p>Collection is a postal option and it allows just that, to give a type of packaging the ability to be collected in person from a specified collection point.</p>



<p>To allow collection, we will need to go to the Fulfilment section of your site and then to the Fulfilment Options tab.</p>



<p>Here you will find all of the options for the fulfilment of your store.</p>



<p>Firstly, you will need to enable ‘Manual Collection’ in the ‘Delivery options’ at the bottom of the page. This will allow you to set ‘collection’ as an option for your packaging.</p>

<p>After this, head over to the ‘Collection points’ section and click the ‘Allow manual collection’ checkbox. Secondly, click the ‘Add collection point’</p>

<p>Make sure that you have at least one packaging option active, then go to the top of the page where it is showing the ‘Shipping Prices’</p>

<p>Here you will see each of your packaging options, along with a checkbox to make them active and a price that will need to be paid if a customer picks that option.</p>



<p>Make sure that manual collection is ticked, if you want this to be free, you will need to enter the value as ‘0’.</p>

<p>Once you have found your order, click on the order number on the left hand side. This will bring up details about the order.</p>

<p>Click on the ‘Delivery’ tab, this will show the postal address (if purchased with a postal delivery option) and an email delivery address, or just a delivery address if purchased as an email voucher.</p>



<p>Here you can change the details of the recipient (address/email) and when you are happy, press resend to have these sent back out to the customer.</p>

<p>Enjovia allows you to easily create/delete/modify accounts for your staff.</p>



<p>First, click on the ‘Settings’ Tab on the left hand side of the dashboard, then click on the ‘Manage Users’ and finally click on ‘Users’.</p>

<p>Here, you can create a ‘manager’ account. A manager will be somebody that will be given access to the dashboard of your store.</p>



<p>Click ‘Create manager, the following page will appear:</p>

<p>Enjovia already has preset permissions for default roles. If you want to edit these or create your own roles to save time in future, click <a class="rank-math-link" href="https://help2.enjovia.com/users/managing-roles/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">here </a>to find out more about roles.</p>



<p>Otherwise, select the permissions you want for the new manager, fill in their username and password, then click ‘create manager’.</p>



<p>Your new user will be created.</p>

<p>A role is a pre-set permission(s) that has been assigned a name (such as ‘Marketing Manager) and is saved for use when creating new manager accounts.</p>



<p>Below is an example of picking role(s) when creating a new manager, instead of manually entering the permissions for them.</p>

<h4>Creating a role</h4>



<p>To create a role, you will first need to head over to the ‘Settings’ tab, then to ‘Manage Users’ and finally to ‘Roles’.</p>



<p>You will now see a list of all the current roles (which you can edit) and the option to ‘Create Role’, click on that button.</p>

<p>In this new page, I will create a new role for ‘Bar Staff’ that will allow them to view orders and then to be able to redeem them.</p>



<p><em>Note: View orders must be ticked in order for a person to be able to redeem a voucher as this is done through the orders page.</em></p>

<p>Once saved, you will be able to use this new role when creating new manager accounts.</p>
