Redeeming a Voucher – QR Code

To Redeem a voucher via QR code, you will need to have the customers voucher to hand, or if they are using their phone, have them open the pdf of the voucher and zoom in on the QR code so that it appears large on their mobile device.

Here is an example of what a QR code would look like on mobile when zoomed in.

The QR code will need to be big enough so that a QR scanner, or a Phone Camera (with a QR app installed).

Above is a design of one of the physical vouchers sent out via post (depending on your template, yours may look slightly different).

Whether you are scanning the QR on your POS/PC or mobile phone, please make sure you are already logged in to your enjovia.com store, if not, you will be prompted to do so when you scan the QR code.

After scanning the QR code, the voucher will automatically redeem.
