<h3>Finding the Add-Ons Page</h3>



<p>To get to the Add-Ons page, you will need to click on ‘Catalogue’ and then ‘Add-Ons’.</p>

<p>Once on the Add-Ons page, you will be shown a list of all current Add-Ons you have, as well as the Create, Edit and Delete buttons.</p>

<p>Click on the Create button. After this, a pop up will appear with the fields required to create an add on.</p>

<figure class="wp-block-table"><table><tbody><tr><td>Title</td><td>This is the name of your ‘Add-On’ and will appear on the product’s page.</td></tr><tr><td>Max Allowed Per Item</td><td>The maximum number of this Add-On that can be added when purchasing a product with the Add-On available.</td></tr><tr><td>Price</td><td>The price of the Add-On.</td></tr><tr><td>Active</td><td>Having&nbsp;a Add-On&nbsp;active will allow you to assign it to products. If an Add-On is not ticked as active, you will not be able to add it to products and products that have it assigned will no longer show that Add-On.</td></tr><tr><td>Description</td><td>This is a description of what this Add-On entails. This will be shown on the product’s page along with the price and title.</td></tr></tbody></table></figure>



<p>After you save the Add-On, it will appear in the list on the Add-Ons page.</p>



<p>To assign an Add-On to a product, you need to either create a new product ( shown&nbsp;<a href="https://help2.enjovia.com/2019/01/09/creating-a-product/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><strong>here</strong></a>) or to edit an existing product on the products page and to click on the ‘Add-Ons’ tab at the top of the edit page.</p>



<p>Once on this tab, clicking in the white box will show you all current active Add-Ons and allow you to select them. After you have added the Add-Ons, press save and these will now be shown on that product’s page.</p>

<p>After clicking this, a pop-up window will appear. You will have to option to pick ‘Set Values’ or ‘Allow the customer to enter value’.</p>



<h4>Set Values</h4>



<p>In this option, you will be able to add the values that you will allow the customer to buy within a list. To add a new value, simply press the add button and fill in the new row with the value you want.</p>

<h4>Allowing the customer to enter the value</h4>



<p>This will allow you to specify the minimum price that a person is able to purchase a monetary voucher for. As well as this, you are able to set the maximum value that the person can purchase in a single voucher.</p>

<p>A voucher can be changed to a number of different statuses;</p>



<figure class="wp-block-table"><table><tbody><tr><td>Expired</td><td>The voucher has not been used and has exceeded the time given for it to be used.</td></tr><tr><td>Issued</td><td>The voucher has been created and is currently valid for use.</td></tr><tr><td>Redeemed</td><td>The voucher has been used.</td></tr><tr><td>Refunded</td><td>The voucher can no longer be used and the customer has been issued a refund.</td></tr><tr><td>Cancelled</td><td>The voucher has been cancelled and will not be able to be used.</td></tr><tr><td>Re-issued</td><td>The voucher may have been lost/stolen, re-issuing a voucher will generate a new voucher number and will stop the old voucher from being able to be used.</td></tr></tbody></table></figure>



<p>To change the status of a voucher, head over to the ‘orders’ tab and search for the order you would like to change.</p>



<p>Once you have the order/voucher, click the checkbox to select the one you would like to change the status for and then select ‘Change Status’ from the action drop down on the bottom left of the screen.</p>



<p>A new drop-down will now show on the right, you can select the status you would like to change to and then press update.</p>

<h4>What is a Category?</h4>

<p>A category is a way to organize your products. Categories will appear on the homepage and will allow customers to easily filter your products through a dropdown.</p>



<h4>Creating a Category</h4>



<p>To create a category, click on the ‘Catalogue’ tab on the left of your dashboard and then click on ‘Categories’.</p>



<p>You will then see your list of current categories, go ahead and now click the ‘create’ button.</p>

<p>You will now see the create a category popup. These are the fields that will form your new category.</p>

<p>To then assign a product to a category, click on the ‘category’ field when creating/editing a product and a list of your current categories will appear.</p>
