Set Your Store To Live

‘Going Live’ is what we refer to as the point in which you account/site is fully set up and you are ready to start taking orders and money.

There are a few requirements in place to make sure that you are 100% ready before being able to go live and start taking these payments (shown below).

All of these requirements are available to see through Settings > Store Settings > Store Go Live Requirements (tab).

Explanations on how to complete each of these requirements are linked below:

Confirm an email address

Set store point of contact
Set registered address
Set store support email

Connect payment gateway

After all of these have been completed and ticked off, you are able to click the ‘Go Live!’ checkbox. This will make you store live and allow you to start taking payments and orders.

Setting up a Store Contact

To set up a new store contact and address, head over to Settings > Store Settings and then the Store Information tab.

This page will ask for some details around your store/business. Once you have filled in the information in the form, ‘store point of contact’, ‘registered address’, ‘store support email’ will all be ticked in your ‘go live’ requirements.

In the example below, I have selected ‘show’ for the email, address and phone number.

By doing this, those details will now appear in the footer of your store (shown below).

Connect A Payment Gateway

What is a payment gateway?

A payment gateway is an e-commerce service that processes credit card payments for you so that you are able to take payments from cards, online.

Which payment gateways do you support?

Currently, we only support Stripe. Although, we are planning to add more payment gateways in the future, Stripe is one of the worlds most popular payment gateways.

How to connect my Stripe account?

Firstly, head over to Stripe, create a new account finish the set up process.

After you have done this, log into your store’s dashboard and go to Settings > Store Settings > Payment Gateway (tab).

Click on the ‘Connect a new Stripe account’ button. If you are already logged in, you will be asked to confirm if you would like to link your account with Enjovia, otherwise, you will be taken to this page to either log in or fill out some remaining information on your account.

After filling in the details and connecting, the process is complete and your payment gateway has been connected!
