<h4>Types of emails</h4>

<p>When a person purchases something from your store, they will be sent a digital receipt in the form of an email. If they have also asked for that product to be sent via email, that recipient will also get an email, however, this email will contain the voucher(s) that were purchased.</p>

<p>To see what is in each of your emails, head over to the ‘Settings’ tab on the dashboard and then click on ‘Email Settings’.</p>

<figure class="wp-block-image size-large"><img loading="lazy" width="1024" height="414" src="https://help.enjovia.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/10/Demo-Hotel-Enjovia-Gift-Vouchers-2-1-1024x414.png" alt="" class="wp-image-96" srcset="https://help.enjovia.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/10/Demo-Hotel-Enjovia-Gift-Vouchers-2-1-1024x414.png 1024w, https://help.enjovia.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/10/Demo-Hotel-Enjovia-Gift-Vouchers-2-1-300x121.png 300w, https://help.enjovia.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/10/Demo-Hotel-Enjovia-Gift-Vouchers-2-1-768x311.png 768w, https://help.enjovia.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/10/Demo-Hotel-Enjovia-Gift-Vouchers-2-1-1200x486.png 1200w, https://help.enjovia.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/10/Demo-Hotel-Enjovia-Gift-Vouchers-2-1.png 1290w" sizes="(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px" /></figure>

<p>When clicking edit on the email templates, you will be shown a page that contains the current text that will be shown in your emails.</p>

<p>The page will explain what each of the fields is used for, as well as showing you the variables that you can use in order to personalise the message.</p>

<p>For example, using %BUYER_FIRST_NAME% will replace it with the buyers first name. This way you could have a message start similarly to this;</p>

<p>Dear %BUYER_FIRST_NAME%,<br><br>Thank you for your order.<br><br>Kind Regards,</p>

<p>This level of customisation is available on both of the email options.</p>
